Directions

    Add self raising flour and Greek yoghurt to a bowl and combine until a bouncy dough forms.

    Make the filling by combining beef mince with chives, red onion, garlic, soy sauce and sesame oil.

    Flour your surface, slice the dough into four, roll out the wrappers and place a spoonful of the filling into the centre.

    Wrap up around the filling and seal.

    Place all of your dumplings into a steamer.

    Optionally fry in a pan until you've got a crispy bottom.
