Directions

    Cure yolks in soy sauce for 3 hours

    Finely chop the onion

    In a saucepan, combine sake, mirin, soy sauce and sugar.

    Add sliced beef and onion to the saucepan. Stir and cook until the beef is tender

    Prepare the rice and spread it on plastic wrap.

    Place a portion of the beef mixture on top of the rice.

  7. 7.

    Add a cured egg yolk on top of the beef mixture.

  8. 8.

    Shape the onigiri using the plastic wrap.

    Wrap the onigiri with seaweed.

  • 1 Cooked Japanese Rice
  • 1 Seaweed
