Directions

    Melt a stick of butter in the bottom of a 9x13 casserole dish. Put it in the oven at 350°F to melt while it preheats.

    Shred the rotisserie chicken and put it in the bottom of the dish.

    Add peas and carrots (or other vegetables).

  4. 4.

    Mix two cups of milk with two cups of Red Lobster Cheddar Bay biscuit mix, and the seasoning packet.

    Pour the biscuit mix over the chicken and vegetables. Don’t mix.

  6. 6.

    Mix two cups of chicken stock with one can of cream of chicken soup.

  7. 7.

    Pour the chicken stock and soup mixture over the top. Don’t mix.

  8. 8.

    Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.

    Let sit for about 15 minutes before serving.
