Directions

    Make the filling: mix together 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 tablespoon cinnamon, 1 tablespoon flour, and a pinch of salt.

    Add the pie crust to a floured surface, put the other pie crust on top, and roll it out into a rectangle.

    Cut the dough to fit your baking pan.

    Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Separate the two layers.

    Evenly spread the filling onto the bottom layer of the dough, leaving about an inch border.

    Lay the other half of the dough over the filling, pinch the edges with your fingers, and crimp it with a fork.

    Poke holes into the pop-tart with a fork.

    Brush the top layer with melted butter.

    Bake at 375 for 15-18 minutes.

    Make the frosting: mix together 4 oz room temp cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 2 tbsp milk.

    Once the pop-tart is fully cooled, pour the frosting on top.
