    In a bowl, add flour, baking powder, and salt.

    Add 1 cup of hot water and mix with your hands for 2-3 minutes until the dough is smooth.

    Cover the bowl and let the dough rest for 15 minutes.

    Make the dough into 2 inch balls.

    Roll out each dough ball into a paper-thin circle using enough flour to prevent sticking.

    Heat up a saucepan to medium-low heat.

    Cook each tortilla for about 30 seconds per side, or until lightly golden brown.
