    Add oil to pan. Add chopped onions and garlic.

    Make some space in the middle and drop in the ground beef.

    Season with light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, chili powder, mirin, oyster sauce and a drizzle of honey.

    Add chopped green onions.

    Add cooked rice to a bowl.

    Add the seasoned beef on top of the rice.

    Add sliced avocados to the side. Drizzle mayo on top.
