Directions

    In a pan add ghee, brown the onions, then add ginger, garlic, chicken, whole spices, salt, yellow chili and curd. Cover and let it simmer.

    Prepare the Chicken Qeema by mixing brown onion, ginger, garlic, salt, yellow chili, khushbu masala and chicken.

    Prepare the meatballs by mixing the chicken qeema with the other ingredients. Fry them and set aside.

    Add the fried meatballs to the simmering chicken mix.

    Add milk, biryani masala, green chilies, shahi jeera, kewra and set aside.

    Boil rice with salt and whole spices.

    Layer the rice in a large bowl, add the chicken mixture on top, then the fried eggs, and another layer of rice. Add fried eggs again on top.

    Add mint, saffron water, and desi ghee. Cover and let it steam.

  • 100 gram Onion
  • 50 gram Ginger Garlic
  • 1 kg Chicken
  • 4 pcs Green Cardamom
  • 5 pcs Clov
  • 2 pcs Bay leaf
  • 3 pcs Mace
  • 2 pcs Cinnamon
  • 0.5 Nutmeg
  • Salt
  • 2 tsp Yellow Chilli
  • 100 gram Curd
  • 100 gram Brown Onion
  • 1 tsp Khushbu Masala
  • 300 gram Chicken Qeema
  • 3 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 2 tsp Biryani Masala
  • 10 pcs Green Chilli
  • 1 tsp Shahi Jeera
  • 2 tsp Kewra
  • 2 drops Meetha Itr
  • 1 kg Rice
  • 50 gram Mint
  • 3 tsp Saffron Water
