    Add white vinegar, smoked paprika, other spices, baking powder, corn starch, and beef tallow to chicken wings.

    Mix aggressively to coat the wings well.

    Place the wings on a wire rack to help with air circulation and crisping.

    Bake for about 30 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.

    For the sauce, melt butter in a pan.
