    Peel the potatoes.

    Cube the peeled potatoes and boil them for 15-20 minutes.

    After boiling, drain the water and move the potatoes into a mixing bowl.

    Mash the potatoes well.

    Add cream cheese, canned corn, and canned tuna to the mashed potatoes.

    Add chopped green onions, salt and pepper, and mix everything together.

    Take a tortilla, trim a small section of its sides and then bifurcate it.

    Grate mozzarella cheese and spread it on each half of the tortilla.

    Place a spoonful of potato filling on top of the cheese on each half of tortilla.

    Fold and shape the tortilla into a triangle.
