Directions

    Clean and season three chicken breasts with seasoning and avocado oil.

    Cook chicken breasts for eight minutes on each side.

    Chop vegetables (celery, carrots, green bell pepper, and onion).

    Flip chicken breasts and remove them once done.

  5. 5.

    In the same pot, add butter, chopped veggies, and olive oil; cook down.

    Chop the cooked chicken.

    Add butter, minced garlic, and flour to the pot and mix well.

    Add chicken broth, rice, remaining chicken seasoning, and half a can of cream of chicken.

    Let it cook for about 20 minutes.

    Add the chopped chicken to the pot.

    Adjust seasoning as needed.

    Serve with biscuits.
