Directions

    Mix 1 1/2 cups of flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, a pinch of salt, and 2 tablespoons of sugar.

    Make a well in the dry ingredients and add 2 eggs.

    Add 1 cup of water, 2 tablespoons of melted butter, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, and 1 cup of milk while whisking.

    Let the batter rest for 30 minutes.

    Heat oil in a large pan and submerge the rosette for 20 minutes.

    Dip the hot rosette into the batter, ensuring not to exceed the mold.

    Fry in the hot oil, shake it off immediately.
