Boil 2 packs of Indomie noodles for 2 minutes until desired texture. Rinse with cold water.

Chop red pepper, spring onions, and shallot.

In a bowl, add chopped red pepper, spring onions, shallot, Indomie seasoning and sauce, gochugaru (or chili flakes), dark soy sauce, and lime juice.

Add minced garlic to the hot oil and sauté until fragrant.

Pour the garlic oil over the spice mixture in the bowl.

Add noodles to the bowl and mix until well-coated.

Top with more spring onions and cucumber.

Squeeze lime juice over the noodles.
