Directions

    Add chicken to a bowl. Season with salt, pepper, turmeric, cumin, coriander, cayenne pepper and garam masala.

    Add yogurt and mix well.

    Heat oil in a pan and caramelize the onion.

    Add cardamom seeds, cloves, ginger, chili and garlic.

    Add butter to the pan.

    Chop cilantro. Add some to the pan, reserve the rest for garnish.

    Add garam masala, turmeric, cumin, and cayenne pepper to the pan and toast.

    Caramelize the onions.
