Directions

    Combine frozen shredded hash browns, cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup, sour cream, melted butter, and grated cheddar cheese in a bowl.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Mix well and spread the mixture into a baking dish.

    Bake uncovered at 400°F for about 45 minutes.

    Crush Ritz crackers and mix them with 4 tablespoons of melted butter.

    Spread the cracker mixture evenly on top of the potato mixture.

    Put back in the oven for about 10 more minutes.
