Funeral Potatoes
Directions
- 1Combine frozen shredded hash browns, cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup, sour cream, melted butter, and grated cheddar cheese in a bowl.
- 2Season with salt and pepper.
- 3Mix well and spread the mixture into a baking dish.
- 4Bake uncovered at 400°F for about 45 minutes.
- 5Crush Ritz crackers and mix them with 4 tablespoons of melted butter.
- 6Spread the cracker mixture evenly on top of the potato mixture.
- 7Put back in the oven for about 10 more minutes.
- 8Take out of the oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
