Directions

    Add chicken stock to the slow cooker.

    Add two tins of chickpeas.

    Add garlic and chopped ginger.

    Add some sweet potato.

    Add some diced chicken breast.

    Add mild curry powder, turmeric, dark soy sauce, a tin of coconut milk and peanut butter.

    Give it a good stir and stick the lid on.

    Turn it on high heat and cook for three hours.

    Serve in bowls with rice.
