Sloppy Joe Tater Tot Casserole
Directions
- 1Brown 1 lb of ground beef with 1/4 cup each of diced onions and green peppers and 3-4 minced garlic cloves.
- 2Drain off excess grease and add 1 tbsp of tomato paste.
- 3Cook that down for a couple of minutes.
- 4Season with garlic powder, onion powder, Kinder's seasoning and black pepper.
- 5Add in 8 oz of tomato sauce, 1/4 cup of ketchup, 2 tbsp of brown sugar and 1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce.
- 6Mix well.
- 7Spread the mixture evenly into a pan or a baking dish.
- 8Top with 8 oz of shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
- 9Top with 28 oz bag of tater tots.
- 10Sprinkle with dried parsley.
- 11Bake at 400 for about 40 minutes or until tater tots are nice and crispy.

- 8 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 28 oz tater tots
- 1 dried parsley
