Directions

    Boil three eggs in water until the yolks are set (11-13 minutes)

    Prepare an ice bath and plunge the eggs into it.

    Peel and cut the eggs in half.

    Remove egg yolks, mash them up and mix them with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, pickle juice, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and Old Bay.

    Prepare three containers for breading: flour, egg wash with Cholula, and breadcrumbs.

    Breading the eggs halves.

    Deep fry the breaded eggs in oil at 350 degrees for 2-3 minutes, flipping halfway.

    Let them cool and fill with the prepared yolk mixture.

    Garnish with chives and bacon.

  • 1 bowl bread crumbs
  • 1 splash Cholula
  • 1 handful Chives
  • 1 handful bacon
  • 1 pan frying oil
