Directions

    Wash and chop the dill.

    Wash and chop the leek.

    Combine the dill and leek in a food processor.

    Combine the chopped mixture with spinach in a large bowl.

    Add the eggs to the food processor.

    Process until smooth.

    Pour the mixture over the spinach and mix well.

    Place a sheet of phyllo dough in a baking pan and brush with melted butter.
