Southwest Steak Bowl
Directions
- 1Prepare corn and black bean salsa by combining all ingredients; refrigerate.
- 2Prepare creamy sweet chipotle sauce by combining all ingredients; refrigerate.
- 3Cut steak into cubes, add to a large bowl, drizzle with avocado oil and season heavily; mix well.
- 4Cook steak in a large greased skillet over medium-high heat for 6–8 minutes, mixing frequently until done to your liking.
- 5Assemble your bowl and enjoy!

- 1 Southwest Style seasoning
- 1 cooked Jasmine Rice
- 1 avocado slices
- 1 chopped cilantro
- 1 cup yellow corn
- 1 cup black beans
- 0.5 red onion
- 1 jalapeño
- 0.5 cup finely diced tomatoes
- 0.5 cup fresh chopped cilantro
- 2 tbsp fresh minced garlic
- 1 lime juice
- 1 salt
- 0.33 cup light sour cream
- 0.66 cup fat free plain greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp Chipotle Tabasco
- 1.5 tbsp Chamoy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
