Smashed Potatoes with Camembert Cheese and Fig Jam

    Cook the potatoes in the microwave following the package instructions.

    Place the potatoes on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and smash them.

    Brush with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with a pinch of salt.

    Bake at 200°C (392°F) for 15 minutes.

    Once ready, add the Camembert cheese

  6. 6.

    Return to the oven for about 5 minutes until it melts slightly.

    Top with fig jam and chopped chives.
