Directions

    Season the ham with Sweet Preacher Pork Rub and mustard, using mustard as a binder.

    Place the ham in the smoker over cherry wood.

    Smoke until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

    Add apple juice and place the ham in a foil pan.

    Return to the smoker until the internal temperature reaches 203°F.

    Let rest for about 30 minutes then shred the ham.

    Prepare honey mustard sauce by mixing mayonnaise, honey and mustard.

    Assemble the grilled cheese sandwiches using sourdough bread, shredded ham, Swiss cheese, and honey mustard sauce.
