Directions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2Unroll pizza dough onto a baking sheet.
  3. 3Spread tomato sauce over the dough, leaving a 2-inch border.
  4. 4Layer provolone cheese, pepperoni, chorizo, and mozzarella on top of the sauce.
  5. 5Roll the dough tightly into a log and place seam-side down.
  6. 6Brush the top with egg wash (1 egg + 1 tbsp water).
  7. 7Garnish with Italian seasoning.
  8. 8Bake for 40 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. 9Cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
