Directions

    Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Unroll pizza dough onto a baking sheet.

    Spread tomato sauce over the dough, leaving a 2-inch border.

    Layer provolone cheese, pepperoni, chorizo, and mozzarella on top of the sauce.

    Roll the dough tightly into a log and place seam-side down.

    Brush the top with egg wash (1 egg + 1 tbsp water).

    Garnish with Italian seasoning.

    Bake for 40 minutes, or until golden brown.

    Cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
