Pizza Roll
Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2Unroll pizza dough onto a baking sheet.
- 3Spread tomato sauce over the dough, leaving a 2-inch border.
- 4Layer provolone cheese, pepperoni, chorizo, and mozzarella on top of the sauce.
- 5Roll the dough tightly into a log and place seam-side down.
- 6Brush the top with egg wash (1 egg + 1 tbsp water).
- 7Garnish with Italian seasoning.
- 8Bake for 40 minutes, or until golden brown.
- 9Cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
