    Add one cup of olive oil to the blender.

    Add half a cup of shredded parmesan cheese to the blender.

    Add three cups of tapioca flour to the blender.

    Add one teaspoon of salt to the blender.

    Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

    Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.

    Pour batter into muffin tin, filling each cup halfway.
