    In a large bowl, combine the ground beef and ground pork.

    Add the eggs, Pecorino Romano cheese, shallots, parsley, and fresh white bread.

    Mix the ingredients thoroughly.

    Roll the mixture into meatballs using an ice cream scoop (about 3 ounces per meatball).

    Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and drizzle a mixture of water and olive oil over them.

    Bake the meatballs in a high heat oven (650 degrees) for approximately 20 minutes.

    In a large pot, combine the cooked meatballs with tomato sauce and simmer for 20-30 minutes.

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon powdered garlic
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes
  • 90 percent water
  • 10 percent olive oil
  • 1 handful Parmesan cheese
