Directions

  1. 1.

In a measuring cup, mix together warm milk (100-110 degrees), 3 tablespoons of instant yeast, and 1 teaspoon of sugar.

  2. 2.

In the bowl of a stand mixer, add 4 cups of flour and the remaining 0.75 cup of sugar, and mix.

  3. 3.

Add the yeast mixture to the flour mixture in the stand mixer.

  4. 4.

Add 6 tablespoons of melted, salted, and cooled butter, 0.5 cup of pineapple juice, and 2 scrambled eggs to the mix.

  5. 5.

Mix the ingredients with a stand mixer on speed 2 for 2-3 minutes, then increase to speed 5 for 3 minutes.

  6. 6.

Scrape down the sides of the mixer.

  7. 7.

Place the dough in a well-oiled bowl, cover tightly in plastic wrap, and let rise in a warm spot until doubled in size (about an hour).

  12. 12.

Bake at 350 degrees for 22-25 minutes until golden brown.

  13. 13.
