Directions

    Add rice to a baking dish.

    Add mushrooms to the rice.

    Pour French onion soup and beef consommé into a measuring cup and mix.

    Pour the mixed soups over the rice and mushrooms.

  5. 5.

    Melt a stick of butter.

  6. 6.

    Pour the melted butter over the rice mixture.

  7. 7.

    Sprinkle Parmigiano-Reggiano over the mixture.

    Season the chicken with paprika and complete seasoning.

  9. 9.

    Place chicken on top of the rice mixture.

    Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil.

    Bake the dish in a preheated oven at 400° until the chicken is lightly browned.

    Remove the foil and let it brown a little bit more.

    Serve and garnish with extra Parmigiano-Reggiano and green onions.
