High Protein Honey BBQ Chicken Mac & Cheese

Directions

    Slice the chicken into cubes.

    Add garlic, black pepper, paprika, salt and olive oil to the chicken. Mix well until the color changes.

    Cook the chicken on medium heat for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.

    Turn off the heat, add honey and BBQ sauce to the cooked chicken, then mix well.

    Set the chicken aside.

    Add low fat milk, hot sauce, light cream cheese and low fat cheddar cheese in a pan. Mix until smooth and creamy.

    Add cooked macaroni and mix till combined.

  • 120 g Light Cream Cheese
  • 40 g Low Fat Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Parsley
