Tiramisu Brownies
Directions
- 1Combine brownie mix, eggs, oil and water in a bowl and mix well.
- 2Pour batter into a prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- 3Bake according to the brownie mix instructions.
- 4In a separate bowl, beat mascarpone, heavy cream, sugar, salt and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.
- 5Add instant coffee or espresso powder and mix again.
- 6Spread the topping evenly over the baked brownies.
- 7Dust with cocoa powder.
- 8Cut into squares and serve.

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 0.25 cup sugar
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp instant coffee or espresso powder
- 1 cocoa powder
