Copycat Paris Hot Chocolate
Directions
- 1In a bowl, mix 1 1/2 cups of whole milk and 1/2 cup of heavy cream.
- 2Microwave until hot.
- 3Add 8 ounces of dark chocolate (70% cacao or more).
- 4Add 2 tsp of powdered sugar.
- 5Add 1/2 tsp of espresso powder.
- 6Whisk until smooth.
- 7In another bowl, mix 1 cup of heavy whipping cream, 2 tbsp of powdered sugar and 1 tsp of vanilla.
- 8Whisk until stiff peaks form.
- 9Pour the chocolate mixture into a glass.
- 10Top with whipped cream.
