  • 2 ciabatta loaves

  • 4 tbsp vegan Greek yogurt
  • 0.2 cucumber
  • 1 bunch coriander
  • 0.2 cucumber
  • 0.5 red onion
  • 1 cup chopped plum tomatoes
  • 1 bunch coriander
  • 0.5 chilli
  • 1 lime
  • salt
  • pepper
  • mango chutney
