Add 400g of chicken thigh, 7 tbsp dark soy sauce, 7 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp cornflour, 1 tbsp water, lots of garlic, 4 tbsp sriracha, 100ml of chicken stock, 1 tbsp hoisin and 1 tbsp ginger to the slow cooker. Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 7 hours.
