Directions

    Mince the garlic and add it to a cold pan with minced anchovy and olive oil.

    Sauté on medium heat until anchovies are melted.

    Add a cup of water, chili or peperoncini, and broccoli. Season, cover and cook until the broccoli is mushy.

    Mash the broccoli with a potato masher.

  5. 5.

    Remove from heat, add parmesan cheese, a little more olive oil, and lemon juice.

    Cook pasta until al dente. Add some pasta cooking liquid to the broccoli sauce.

    Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix well.

  8. 8.

    Serve and garnish with some parmesan cheese.

  • 7 cloves garlic
  • 1 handful anchovy fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 large bunch broccoli florets
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 pinch peperoncini or chili
  • 1 heap parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 500 grams pasta
