Directions

    In a bowl, combine flour, yeast, salt, and sugar.

    Add warm water (110-115°F) and mix until just combined.

    Cover with cheesecloth or place in a proofer at 90°F for 1.5-2 hours.

    Once risen, add a little bit of oil and bring the dough to the middle.

    Grease and flour a bread tin, then add the dough and let it rise for another hour until level with the tin.

    Bake at 375°F for about 40 minutes.

    Carefully remove from tin and let cool completely before cutting.
