    Slice the block of tofu in half. Give it some slices halfway through and turn it over. Give it some cross sections.

    Pop the tofu into the container. Give it a shake and let all the flavours become friends.

    Lay the tofu onto a tray with some extra sauce, then pop it into the air fryer at 190ºC for 16 minutes, turning halfway.

    For the pasta sauce, melt some butter and add in some garlic.

    Add the flour while stirring, slowly pouring in the vegetable stock.

    Add some lemon zest and juice, then pour in some milk.

    Add nooch and mix until smooth.

    Add the cooked pasta with pasta water and parsley, and mix well.

  • 0.5 cup veg stock
  • 0.5 lemon zest
  • 0.5 lemon
  • 1 cup plant milk
  • 3 tbsp nooch
  • 0.2 cup pasta water
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley
