    Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C)

    Cut potatoes into ½-inch cubes, spread them on a baking sheet, season with salt and pepper, lightly spray with cooking spray, and roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

    Add ground beef to a preheated pan on med-high heat to sear it.

    Cook until browned, mix in Worcestershire, yellow mustard, salt, and pepper.

    Once browned, reduce heat to low, smash beef with a spatula and add 4 slices of cheese on top.

    Cover the pan with a lid to melt the cheese, then remove the lid and turn off the heat.

    In a bowl, combine light mayo, low-sugar ketchup, yellow mustard, and garlic to make the burger sauce.
