Directions

    Coat chicken breasts in a mixture of flour, salt, and pepper.

    Drizzle some oil into a saucepan and add in the floured chicken breasts. Sear on both sides until golden brown.

    Remove the chicken breasts and set aside.

    In the same pot, add minced garlic, chili flakes, and various seasonings. Give it a good stir.

    Add in your chicken stock followed by a good squeeze of lemon.

    Pour in your cream and place your chicken breasts back into the pot.

    Add on your lid and leave to simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.

    Once cooked, remove the chicken and add ramen noodles. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

    Slice up your chicken into pieces.

    In a bowl, place your noodles and top with the creamy lemony broth and all your toppings including chicken, parsley, lemon wedges, and mange tout.

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 2 pinches pepper
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons chili flakes
  • 2 teaspoons various seasonings
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 cup cream
  • 2 ramen noodles
  • 1 handful parsley
  • 2 lemon wedges
  • 1 handful mange tout
