Directions

    Crack three eggs into a bowl, making sure not to break the yolks.

    Add two tablespoons of water (or three) to the bowl.

    Add two tablespoons of soy sauce and one tablespoon of sesame seed oil to the bowl.

    Use a chopstick or fork to make a small hole in each yolk.

    Microwave the bowl for one minute at a time.

    Serve the microwaved eggs over warm rice. Optional: add butter.
