    Cut chicken into five strips and season each side with salt, garlic powder, cayenne pepper (optional), and paprika.

    Crush cornflakes and add a dash of the same seasonings.

    Dip each chicken piece in egg and coat it in crushed cornflakes.

    Spray with light cooking oil spray and bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes or air fry at 190 degrees Celsius for 16-18 minutes.

    For the mini flatbreads, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and yogurt.

    Knead to form a dough ball and roll it out on a floured surface.

    Cut out five mini flatbreads using a small bowl.

    Cook each flatbread on medium heat for 2 minutes on each side.

    For the zinger sauce, mix together low-fat Greek yogurt, paprika, and Sriracha.

  • 1.5 tsp Baking Powder
  • 75 g Low Fat Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • Sriracha
  • Lettuce
