Directions

    Melt half a cup of butter in a pot over medium heat.

    Add two cups of vermicelli and stir to coat with the melted butter.

    Add four tablespoons of sugar and one tablespoon of cinnamon to the vermicelli and stir well. Roast until the vermicelli is golden brown.

    In a separate bowl, whisk together one cup of cream, two cups of water, one can of whipping cream, and four tablespoons of Dolce milk powder until smooth and creamy.

    Pour the creamy mixture over the roasted vermicelli and stir gently. Lower heat and let simmer until the vermicelli is cooked through.

    Add a handful of walnuts and raisins.

    Add pistachios and shredded coconut. Stir to combine and cook for a few minutes.
