Directions

    Toss all beef ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on low for 3–4 hours.

    For the low-calorie spicy mayo, add light mayo, gochujang, sriracha, yuzu ponzu, and sesame oil to a bowl; mix until smooth.

    Cook noodles according to package directions.
