    Preheat the oven to 180°C (360°F).

    Make the cake batter by combining melted chocolate with milk, sugar, oil, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Pour it into a cake pan and bake for about 20 minutes.

    Melt white chocolate and mix it with pistachio butter and kataifi. Spread evenly over the cooled cake.

    Make ganache by heating milk and sugar, pouring it over chopped chocolate and blending until smooth. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, then whip it. Spread over the pistachio layer.
