    Make caramelized onions: Cook diced onions with beef bone broth until reduced. Add soy sauce if desired.

    In the same pan, add ground beef and seasonings. Add diced tomatoes and half of the caramelized onions.

    Add cheddar cheese. Mix well and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

    Make burger sauce: Combine mayo, Greek yogurt, ketchup, sweet relish, remaining caramelized onions, garlic, pepper, and salt. Add milk/water to reach desired consistency.

    Assemble burritos: Spread burger sauce and meat mixture on tortillas. Roll tightly and store frozen.

  • 0.5 batch bone broth caramelized onions
  • 200 g 2% cheddar
  • 200 g fat free cheddar
  • 1 optional diced green onions
  • 120 g light mayo
  • 120 g plain greek yogurt
  • 100 g sugar free ketchup
  • 4 tsp sweet relish
  • 0.5 batch caramelized onions
  • 1 to taste garlic
  • 1 to taste pepper
  • 1 to taste salt
  • 14 burrito tortillas
