Make caramelized onions: Cook diced onions over medium-high heat until water evaporates and they start to brown. Deglaze with 4oz of beef bone broth at a time, stirring and boiling until liquid reduces completely. Repeat until all 16oz broth is reduced. Add soy sauce (optional).
In the same pan, add ground beef, and toss in the seasoning blend shown on screen.
Add diced tomatoes and half your caramelized onions.
Add 2% cheddar and fat-free cheddar cheese; toss and refrigerate for 20 minutes to thicken.
Make low-calorie burger sauce: Combine light mayo, plain Greek yogurt, sugar free ketchup, sweet relish, other half of caramelized onions, garlic, pepper, and salt to taste. Add milk or water until desired consistency.
Assemble burritos: Spread burger sauce and meat mixture on tortillas; roll them up, store frozen. Reheat instructions are in the caption.
