    In a pan set over medium-high heat, add one teaspoon of olive oil and then five chicken sausages sliced up.

    After the sausages are browned, add in one diced onion and five cloves of garlic.

    Let the onion and garlic get to know each other in the pan, then add in two cups of orzo pasta.

    Mix that around, then add in four cups of chicken stock, bring that up to a boil and lower to simmer.

    Let it simmer for about ten minutes.

    After ten minutes, add in about a cup of parmesan cheese, a big handful of spinach, and mix that around.

    Add in about two tablespoons of cream (optional).

    Serve this up with a little bit of lemon zest, some chili flakes, a little more parmesan cheese, and a crack of black pepper.
