Directions

    Dice the onion, carrots, and peppers.

    Add beef to a pot.

    Add all the vegetables.

    Fry until onions are soft.

    Add beef stock.

    Add a block of dark chocolate (optional).

    Turn the heat down, cover the pot, and let it cook for 45 minutes to forever.

  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 0.5 tbsp chilli powder
  • 20 g dark chocolate
  • 1 sour cream
  • 1 coriander
  • 1 cheddar cheese
