Directions

    Cook the ramen according to the package directions.

    Finely chop two garlic cloves.

    Heat up 1 tbsp butter over medium heat in a frying pan.

    Stir in the garlic and 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes.

    Fry garlic for about 1 minute over low heat.

    Drain the ramen well.

    When the garlic is soft, stir in 1 tsp brown sugar and 1 tbsp soy sauce.

    Add the drained noodles to the sauce and toss to coat.

    Push the noodles to one side of the pan.

    Turn the heat up and add the lightly beaten eggs to the pan.

    Add salt to taste.

    Add 1 tsp everything bagel spice or to taste.

    Finely chop green onions.

    Add chopped green onions to the finished dish and serve hot.
