Directions

    Drain two cans of peaches.

    In a bowl, mix 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of sugar, 2 tbsp of baking powder, and 1/4 cup of milk.

    Melt 1 1/2 sticks of butter in a #10 cast iron skillet.

  4. 4.

    Pour the batter into the melted butter.

  5. 5.

    Add the drained peaches to the batter.

  6. 6.

    Pull some of the mixture to the top using a spoon.

  7. 7.

    Put in the oven for one hour at 350°F.

    Serve with vanilla ice cream.
