Directions

    Add tomatoes, onion, garlic, water, sazón Goya (or Tomato Knorr), chicken or veggie boullon and salt to the blender and mix.

    In a pot, add a thin layer of olive oil.

    Add 2 cups of jasmine rice, previously washed and rinsed, and stir for about 10 minutes or until golden.

    Add the sauce from the blender, using a mesh strainer.

  5. 5.

    Add 2 cups of water.

  6. 6.

    Taste and add more salt or boullon if needed.

  7. 7.

    Add a jalapeño.

    Cover and cook on low heat for 25-30 minutes. Keep it closed, don't open.
