Directions

    Start by browning one pound of ground beef

    Add in one packet of taco seasoning with water and cook until sauce has thickened

    To a flour tortilla add shredded cheese

    Add your ground beef

    Top with a tostada

    Spread on sour cream

    Add shredded iceberg lettuce, diced tomatoes, salt and pepper and more shredded cheese

  8. 8.

    Cut another flour tortilla into quarters and place on top

  9. 9.

    Fold the tortilla sides up and towards the center, folding the next piece slightly over the last

  10. 10.

    Grill folded side down on medium low heat for two minutes on each side until you have a golden and crispy crust

    Slice in half and serve

  • 1 pound ground beef

  • 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 head iceberg lettuce
  • 2 Roma tomatoes
  • 4 tostadas
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
