    Add tomato sauce, cottage cheese, roasted red pepper, habanero sauce, salt and garlic in a bowl and blend until smooth.

    Grate pecorino romano and parmigiano reggiano cheese and mix together.

    Spread the blended sauce on a lavash flatbread.

    Add the grated cheese on top of the sauce.

    Place the pepperoni slices on the cheese and sprinkle oregano and basil.

    Broil at 500 for 6-8 minutes.

    Remove from oven and serve.
