    Slice four jalapeños and broil on high for 7-10 minutes, or until softened.

    Add the roasted jalapeños, fat-free Greek yogurt, low-fat mayo, buttermilk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to a blender and blend until completely smooth.

    Transfer the mixture to a bowl.
