1Slice four jalapeños and broil on high for 7-10 minutes, or until softened.
2Add the roasted jalapeños, fat-free Greek yogurt, low-fat mayo, buttermilk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
3Transfer the mixture to a bowl.
4Add one to two tablespoons of chives and cilantro.
5Finish with a squeeze of lime juice and place in the fridge for a couple of hours to let the flavors meld.
